The Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority settles Federal Court Case through mediation and receives $11.5 million.
The case began in 2005 as a result of claims arising out of construction that began in 1998 of an upgrade to the Authority’s Treatment Plant and Main Pumping Station. The Settlement resolved all outstanding claims associated with the case.
