Mr. Gianforte has worked for the Authority since 1995.  Before joining the Authority,
Mr. Gianforte was a consulting engineer designing and providing construction
management services to the public and private sectors of water and wastewater
treatment conveyance systems.  Mr. Gianforte received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master’s Degree in Administrative
Science from Farleigh Dickinson University and holds Public Wastewater licenses as well
as a Professional Engineer’s License.

Gregory Seaman

Mr. Seaman has worked for the Authority since 1996.  He began his career in
wastewater treatment in 1986 and has achieved the highest licensing level attainable
in the treatment and conveyance of wastewater.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree
from Monmouth University and a Master’s Degree from Farleigh Dickinson University.

Dennis J. Galvin, P.E.
Engineering Manager

Mr. Galvin has worked for the Authority since 1999.  Before joining the Authority, Mr. Galvin was a
consulting engineer providing services to the public and private sectors.  He is a Professional
Engineer, received his Bachelor’s Degree from Widener University in Pennsylvania, and is also a
Professional Planner.

Edward J. Griffin
Financial Manager

Mr. Griffin was hired as a consultant to the Authority in 1997 and became a full time Financial
Manager in 1998.  Prior to his employment with the Authority, Mr. Griffin worked in Banking
Regulation.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
