Our mission for the Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority is to provide the ultimate wastewater collection and water reclamation system. Always responsive to the customers’ needs and the growing community, in compliance with the applicable laws, rules and regulation, TRWRA will continue to set and exceed the standards for the protection of the environment, while operating the most efficient system and maintaining a cost-effective budget.

- August 2, 2024: The Authority extends its gratitude to the shared service providers from Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright, Neptune and Monmouth County for their response to the treatment plant on Friday. While this situation was minor and had no impact on the environment or treatment plant, it’s great to know that everyone is prepared and willing to respond.

TRWRA offices are open for telephone calls, but closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, payments can be made online, in the mail, or in the drop box outside TRWRA’s main gate.

- Automatically debit your checking account. Once you set it up, you don’t have to do anything else. It’s free. Click here to download the form.
- Pay your bill through your own bank’s online bill pay (Simply go to your bank’s website and sign up for online bill pay then set up your TRWRA payments).
- You can pay your bill through a third party on our website. Please note that they charge a processing fee in accordance with the law.
- If you cannot pay electronically, please note that all mail is being redirected to a lock box facility operated by Checkalt/Manasquan Bank. Mail to: Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority, PO Box 3570, New York, New York 10008-3570. The address for the bank is also located on your latest bill stub.
