Mr. Galvin has worked for the Authority since 1999.  Before joining the Authority, Mr. Galvin was a Consulting Engineer providing services to the public and private sectors.  He is a Professional Engineer, received his Bachelor’s Degree from Widener University in Pennsylvania, and is also a Professional Planner.

Mr. Rischman became a part of the Authority in December 2022, bringing with him valuable expertise in engineering consulting and operational domains. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rowan University, along with a New Jersey Professional Engineer’s license and NJDEP S4, C3 wastewater operator licenses.

Mr. Rodriguez joined the Authority in January of 2021.  Prior to joining the Authority, Mr. Rodriguez was an Auditor for a major accounting firm specializing and providing Audit services to the Public Sector (Local Authorities, Municipalities, and School Boards) and the Construction Sector.  Mr. Rodriguez received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New Jersey City University.

Ms. Lechner joined the  Authority in August 2024.

Prior to joining the Authority, Ms. Lechner was a consulting engineer in the water & wastewater industry, serving public and private clients within New Jersey and it’s surrounding areas. Ms. Lechner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Monmouth University, and her Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering the University of Delaware.
